奧客刷不過大鬧西門好聲音KTV!西門派出所呼籲店家多加注意

過年期間消費糾紛樣樣來,位於台北市西門町中華路上新開幕的好聲音KTV,於日前(11日)早上來了一位男性消費者前來歡唱,卻在最後買單時因信用卡付費問題,和店家僵持不下,待警方到場才結束這場鬧劇。

根據店家表示,客人是43年次的江先生,於買單時用信用卡付費,因卡刷不過,無法完成買單,在現場與工作人員無法溝通,讓店家十分困擾,只好報警處理。當時店家主管沒有在第一時間出面解決問題,等到西門派出所員警於早上八點四十分到達現場時,發現這位江姓男子情緒不穩,且精神狀況不佳,導致與店家難以溝通,並發現江姓男子的卡片破損刷不過,而江男認為店家想藉由刷很多次來詐騙,但在員警確認後告知並無店家想多刷詐騙情事,男子才稍微平靜下來。

員警也協助店家請江男用現金來買單,但卻發現江男身上無帶現金,也找不到朋友來幫忙付當天的總消費,經過雙方溝通後,江男的消費總金額新台幣參仟伍佰元,店家決定不向客人追究,另造成店家營運之損失,店家也不打算提告,只希望過年期間來者是客,不要再遇到這樣的奧客消費者。

萬華分局西門町派出所表示,針對轄內各式店家於過年期間及年後有時難免遇到些客人買單付不出錢時,不要太強制客人收費,因有時遇到的消費者若是有精神狀況問題者,容易因溝通不良而刺激到消費者,導致情緒不穩一時衝動引發攻擊性行為,建議第一時間向派出所報案找員警協助,可避免不必要之情況發生。
